Own version of assassin's creed

I did this during a Drink'N Draw session (may 2013) where the theme was Assassin's creed. Instead of doing just a fanart i usualy like do to my own on the design part, so my vision was to make an assassin during the haitian revolution in 1791 ( the very first black slaves rebellion against Napoleon forces, and since then Haiti became the first free black nation).

So my process was to make a black slave fighting for his freedom and then turned to be an assassin. So it seems like ubisoft had the same idea to make a similar background story for their character as mine. The thing is that a friend mine posted this image on ubisoft facebook wall the same day (may 2013) i posted on my facebook fan page (i also wrote the background story along with the image)... 

So i don't wanna say that they "stole" my idea on the character, because they kinda really look a like i could say after seing it, but i prefer to say that if in any way they got inspired by my character, then i'm reaaaaally happy
